Eat healthy and stay fit. We hear or say this quite often
but how many of us actually implement this? Eating right in order to stay
healthy is very important. It is crucial that we eat good food and in the
appropriate quantity that will help our body to stay fit and healthy at all
times.
Easier said than done. These days everybody is so busy with
work and other things that we happen to miss out on things like these which in
the long run can affect our body system. Take for example the ban on noodles
and Chinese food outside schools, all this while we knew that eating junk is
unhealthy but we still continued eating. Only when we got to know that the MSG present
leads to laziness and acts like a slow poison did we give up on that junk.
Unless we are shaken up we did not realize the effect of junk food on our
bodies.
We all just pick up food and eat it to fill our stomachs. We
do not think about the long run effects it can have on our bodies. The trend
amongst the college students is to pick up any food only for the sake of taste
without thinking about whether it is good for you or not.
If we eat too much of junk food and too often we not only
become lazy but also get tired very easily. Thus eating right is very
important. The craze amongst young girls to become thin is a lot and that’s why
many a times they take up crash dieting. Crash dieting can have adverse effects
on once body. Our body is used to certain routine. It works like a machine, it
similar to a machine needs food in certain intervals. Crash dieting is contrary
to this need of the body. Crash dieting might show results for a meanwhile but
ultimately it is bad for our body system.
Eating a balanced diet is the right thing to do. Avoid junk
food and then you do not even have to take to crash dieting. A typical balanced
diet would include- lots of fruits and vegetables, ample of water and juices,
some amount of fatty food like cheese, etc. is needed too but in a little
quantity. A healthy diet would probably include the use of honey instead of
sugar i,e. a Honey Diet which would include use of honey instead of water would be the perfect thing to do.Eating brown bread in place of the normal and of course avoiding fried
food and very oily food would do the right job.
By following a healthy diet we can make sure that we have
the desired body (exercising also needs to be a part of your routine) and also
this will guarantee us a happy and balanced future. Eat healthy and stay
healthy is the formula for good living.
